STEPS-

Get black paper

Choose type of window you want

Draw with pencil on black paper, use ruler to keep window straight,

Outline with white PrismaColor. 

Color in with Oil Pastels. 

BLURRING

choose source of light location. 

Use finger to blur out from that one spot of light. 

Blur out about 5-7 different directions. 

touch up black lines in window

CLEANING UP

Use black oil pastel for the seperation lines of the glass peices. 

Optional: add shadows from the window sill where the is NO glow streaks.
