Fold paper in half. With gold at bottom, Draw trees on top half.

Outline with black Marker. With paper folded, trace top half to bottom half with pencil. DO NOT black marker this side.

Crayon Resist Reflection

Color top half of paper solid with crayons.

Blending colors looks good too.
HINT: It may be a good idea to record colors used on the back just in case this takes delegate class times.
On bottom half, this will be the blurred reflection. We will create horizontal dashed lines that mimic waves.
Use the same color as above, but instead of coloring solid, use hard horizontal short & long dashed line.
Use a smaller piece of folded paper to draw a swan, Leaf, boat, or something floating. Draw image on top half touching the fold line at bottom. Outline with black
Marker. Color top in solid and bottom with dashed lines like the water.
HINT: if anything you draw above reflection is white, you probably did not color it, just left it paper. But, on the reflection, you MUST dash the white lines in. (See white swan above)
Use blue watercolor to paint over all bottom half reflections. Crayon will stay safe because wax resists water!! Yay!
See wax lines resisting water?
Do the same on bottom half of floating object. Glue down floater on water.

Alternative Marker Method

Fold paper in half. Draw trees on top half. Outline with black Marker. With paper folded, trace top half to bottom half with pencil. DO NOT black marker this side.

Color top and bottom half exactly the same with markers.
Draw black horizontal lines across reflection side of paper. Some short and long looks best.
Cut out swans. Glue down.
After gluing gown swan, add black horizontal lines across lower half leading into water.

I used this step by step for the birds...
