INSTRUCTIONS:

Find a picture of what you want. 

I was inspired by a painting of a mommy loon with her baby, 

but used photographs to help me get accuracy of pattern and color. 

Draw out simplified

Search for colored papers

Tear or cut into small strips 

(strips no fatter than 1inch, squares no fatter than quarter)

I collected gum wrappers, popcorn wrappers, and packages that had unique qualites.
