Supplie; primary colored washable markers, white non-washable crayon, permanent black marker, paint brush, cup of shallow water, circle tracers, thick white paper.
Trace inside the permanent black marker line with the washable marker...
Use a lightly watered brush to work from out to in the balloon in a circle motion (mimicking the balloon's form)...
Let this first color dry.
Move onto next color...
After the process, I realized you should paint balloons in this color order ;
All yellows, all reds, then all blues
Lightest to darkest.
Overlapping primary colors make secondary colors!!!!
Add something flying away...
Yourself, your favorite animal, a dinosaur, a house, or jus leave the strings flying loose (for younger grades).
