1. Choose your Architecture.
Find something that you can put into overlapping.
*It can be puzzled together from different areas of the world/city or
make believe buildings can be added into background to fill up space.
HERE ARE SOME IDEAS

Mineola, TX
I chose Moscow Russia and Mineola, TX.
2. Choose your COLOR SCHEME
Choose 3 colors (analogous) for your Background.
*You can use a Marker Bleed technique (like mine)
OR Acrylic Paint smear (refer to ThatArtTeacher). .
of ARCHITECTURE with PENCIL
EMPHASIZE with BLACK permanent marker
SHADE with DARKER VALUE within the background colors
Use white or lighter color for the highlights on buildings.
Make sure to leave MID Tones of the buildings exposed (background
First one, I used White and Yellow Paint pens.
Second one, I used White Paint Pen only.
Or Use Acrylic
