Lead with Compassion

Children know how powerful compassion can be. They’re often able to express this feeling more openly than adults. This year, we invite young people to explore and visually express the peaceful future that compassionate leadership brings.

PEACE POSTER CONTEST 2022/23

This starts out as a local contest with the local Mineola LIon's Club.

The entire contest is a National Contest. 

There will be prizes at the local level for the top 3 winners. 

After this round, the 1st place winner will go to the next State Round and then further. 

This Year's Theme:

Lead with Compassion

Winners get to celebrate with lunch from

 the Mineola Lion’s Club & receive prizes 

for their hard work.

Let’s Celebrate “Hello Week” at MMS! 

How many ways can you say, “Hello!”?

We are gonna do Four. 

Start by making a square out of your paper. 

Divide that square into 4 sections. 

Inn each section, design the work Hello in various styles. 

Fill up space of section. Add emphasis. 

Use a different color scheme in each box;

1. Primary Colors 

2. Warm colors

3. Cool Colors 

4. Free Three 

Or Free Four 

With black, white, grey.
